If you are lucky enough, you can witness this fascinating relationship firsthand. We were lucky enough to have our kayak guide make arrangements for us to see him. He only speaks Spanish and is an eclectic character full of enthusiasm and energy. Troncones had a lot to offer, but this may have been one of life’s most interesting experiences.

The owners are amazing! Chencho’s serves traditional Mexican fare, including mouthwatering tacos and enchiladas in a laid-back, family-friendly setting.
