Valentine’s Day Decor
The fun in hosting a Breakfast at Tiffany’s theme party is capturing the timeless sophistication of Audrey Hepburn’s iconic portrayal of Holly Golightly in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.” The hope is that the party offers a whimsical journey into a world of elegance and glamour, channeling the charm of Holly’s New York City escapades, and inviting your guests to step into a realm where style meets celebration.
I was so excited to host my girlfriend’s 50th birthday party, but nervous about a theme. But to my surprise, 75 people showed up dressed to impress with the Audrey “Little Black Dress.” It was so much fun to plan and an incredible evening of fun. While we were a long way from New York City, I did rent out a restaurant in the Dana Point Harbor to add to the beauty of the night.
Tiffany's Touch Everywhere
Consider providing guests with tiaras or stylish headbands reminiscent of Audrey’s iconic look. I had faux pearls at the entry table to welcome my guests to the party.
Channeling Holly's Style
Encourage your guests to embrace the glamour of Holly Golightly’s wardrobe. Think little black dresses, oversized sunglasses, and pearls. I also included a picture of myself dressed in my party attire with the invitation to help inspire a look of their own.

Add a splash of Tiffany & Co. blue every chance you get to set the mood. I made cake pops and cupcakes and added sparkle at every turn.
With attention to detail and a touch of sparkle, your soirée will undoubtedly be a celebration worthy of Holly Golightly herself.
